How do I place an order?
You can place an order by browsing our product pages, selecting your favorite items, adding them to your shopping cart, and then following the checkout process to complete your order.
How long does the shipping take?
Since we ship from different logistics centers around the world, depending on your location, the delivery time will vary. The average delivery time is approximately 7 to 20 business days. Your tracking number will be updated within 3-7 days after your order is shipped.
How can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel an order within 12 hours of the order being placed. After 12 hours, the order has most likely been processed, is being prepared for shipment, or has already shipped. Once a cancellation has taken effect, it will not be processed by us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on fast service, which includes getting your order out as quickly as possible.
How are returns handled?
If there is an issue with your order (such as a defective, incorrect, or damaged product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Our customer service team will assist you in reviewing the situation and will replace the item for you upon approval. Please do not return the item yourself until we have reviewed it. We reserve the right to refuse any return request.
Please note that you are responsible for your return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, items such as cosmetics, lingerie, and shapewear cannot be returned.
